  • Joe was very patient with the Pokemon 30th celebration release when it felt like little support was provided to assist the shop with the overwhelming demand for this release, you were very kind when there was a wiring issue! Legend! 🏆

  • Popped by yesterday for the second wave of the 30th pokemon release, shout out to Joe who was absolutely lovely and considerate, making sure everyone in the queue got something! So pleased I got the binder, and thank you to all of the staff, couldn’t have been an easy day 🙏❤️

  • Finley was amazing! Me and my mum visited yesterday, and we both had an amazing experience. For me, when I went to pick up a stocking filler at the counter, he suggested getting one version as he found it worked better, which I liked more anyway. He is a real asset to the team!
