Actually impressed with the variety on display! Everything was nicely laid out and I felt that I could easily find gift for a variety of different people. Didn’t speak to staff, so I could’ve comment on customer service

Today I had to return 2 faulty items to this store. The two members of staff who assisted me Casie and Mark. Thank you both so much, you are a credit to your store. This is a great store with great gift ideas, mostly mechanical or electrical, so it's not unusual for the occasional duff item to appear. My partner and I have spent lots of money in this shop and will continue to do so. So if the rude person who was unkind and unpleasant earlier today is reading this, take note. These staff do not deserve abuse. They work hard in a busy store. I am pretty sure neither Mark or Casie built or broke your item. Keep it up guys, it people like you that make the visit to your store pleasant and less stressful, especially at this time of year. Staff have always been helpful and attentive on every visit

Kieran was incredibly helpful
