  • Great staff at this branch & Buchanan Galleries (I haven't tried any other), especially Lewis & Mark at Braeside and the young girl & lad (sorry, names forgotten) on at the weekend at Buchanan Galleries. Those employees think nothing of calling round & /or checking stock systems to try and find your item at their other branches. Lewis at Braehead held an item for a couple of hours, allowing me time to get there and the young'uns at Buchanan Galleries even checked Dundee to find the item I wanted (well needed, I was buying a 2nd one as my Grandson said I broke his, lol). Great staff, great attitude and extremely helpful. Me kind can benproud of their recruitment &/or training.
