Amazing experience shopping in this store Abbie behind the till was so helpful with us and even let us keep our shopping and luggage safe whilst shopping around in the centre and when we came to collect the Manager Noah helped us water proof our luggage as it was a very rainy day I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience 10 out of 10 review! Thank you once again :)(:
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review! It really means a lot to me and the whole team to hear that you had such a fantastic experience with us. I’m so pleased that Abi was able to look after your shopping and luggage while you enjoyed the rest of your time around the centre. I was more than happy to help with waterproofing your luggage too — especially with the weather we were having! It’s always lovely to be able to go that little bit further for our customers, so knowing that these small touches made such a difference to your experience really does mean a lot. I’ll be sure to share your kind words with Abi and the rest of the team. Thank you again for the amazing 10/10 review — we really appreciate it and hope to see you again soon! 😊 The Team at Menkind Hanley xoFabulous service from Abi, really friendly! Store looked great, got a fab gift - for myself - and will be back again! Many thanks 😊
Hey Jake, thank you so much for the fabulous review! We're thrilled to hear Abi made your visit such a positive experience and that you found something special for yourself ( the best kind of gift, if you ask us!) and that you enjoyed the atmosphere in store. We have lots of exciting Christmas goodies arriving in store very soon - perfect for gifting or just a little something for yourself. We'd love to welcome you back very soon. Thanks again for the kind words they mean a lot to the whole team. Menkind Hanley. Was trying to decide what to get for my girlfriend and one of the workers offered his opinion on what would be nice. Then offered to give me a bag for the flowers i was holding and then rushed over to me to give me my receipt for my purchase in case their was issues with it since its electric. None of which was necessary but very appreciated.
The guys in the store are amazingly friendly, always happy to help and always happy to chat to customers. Noah & Connor are sweet hearts and make every visit a delight!
