Hi James, Thanks for the great review - we'll be sure to pass it on Menkind Southampton 😀

  • Mills really helped me out today. Our 10 year old neurodiverse daughter bought herself a mini Needo a couple of weeks ago from Menkind with her pocket money. She subsequently lost it in Weston-super-Mare. She got "stuck" obsessing about it, searching for it and has had lots of big emotions about this Needo. I've been on the hunt to replace it to no avail. Menkind didn't have any on the shop front. When I told Mills I was fearful of returning home empty handed he miraculously sourced one for us. Then Jake was lovely at the till as I regurgitated the whole sorry story and how grateful I am. Our daughter was actually waiting at the window when I came home and came running out to meet me. Thank God, at last we have some peace in our household (until the next drama) and our daughter can once again sleep soundly! Phew! ♡
